The fact that the defense is always quicker and shorter than the attack is what makes BJJ so effective. In this long seminar, Gregor Gracie clarifies the paths of the defenses and escapes most requested by our students, and teaches his mindset for surviving the worst positions.

Born on December 26, 1986, Gregor Gracie was purple-belt world champion in 2004 and 2005, and won a gold medal at the 2009 ADCC Worlds. More recently he had good results in Copa Podio, a Brazilian promotion that gathers the biggest names in international BJJ. He has also done 11 MMA fights to date.
