How do I sign in?
Enter your email on the sign-in page and we send you a link. Tap it and you're in: no password. The link works once and expires in an hour. No email after a few minutes? Check spam, or request a new link.
I was a member of the old platform. Do I need to do anything?
No. Sign in with the email you used before. Your subscription, your price and the lessons you watched are already here.
Where is the app?
The old mobile app has been retired. Open renzogracie.online in your phone's browser: the site is built for phones. A new app is on the way.
How do I cancel?
Account → Manage subscription → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of your first payment for a new membership: write to support@renzogracie.online. After that we don't refund partial periods. See the Terms for details.
I train at a Renzo Gracie academy. Do I have access?
If your academy participates, sign in with the email your academy has on file and your access is recognised automatically. If it isn't, write to us with your academy and the email you use there.
How do I change my card or see my invoices?
Account → Manage subscription. You can update your card and download invoices there.
